Vendor Application
The Birdsong Farmers’ Market is held every Saturday from May 25th 2024 through September (except September 21st 2024)
Market hours are 10 am to 2 pm. Set up begins at 8:30 am, and all cars must be moved to the vendor parking area by 9:45 am. We do not have a lot of rules at Birdsong but leaving early is not permitted unless arranged ahead of time, and no vendor cars will be allowed into the market before 2 pm. This is a safety issue!
We have indoor spaces (in our market barn) and outdoor spaces available. Edited to add - only outdoor spaces available until further notice.
You do not need to sign up for the whole season, and can attend as many markets as you would like to.
Markets are booked a month at a time. We find that works best for us and for the vendors! The fee is 15$ (due at the first market of the month) if you pay for all of the markets you want to attend that month. If you are not able to commit in advance, the fee is 20$. For example: Vendor A knows they can attend the first, third, and fourth market of the month. They pay a vendor fee of 45$ at the first market. Vendor B knows they can attend the first and third market, they are not sure about the second, and they are not available for the fourth. They pay 30$ at the first market. If they do decide to attend the second, they pay 20$ that day. Birdsong does not collect fees via PayPal, please beware of scammers!
You will need to provide you own tables and chairs (indoor and outdoor) and tents for the outdoor market. Tent weights are required, stakes are not recommended. All vendors are welcome to leave display pieces/tables etc. in the barn during the week. Edited to add - no barn storage or indoor spots available until further notice
